Life is full but full of WONDERFUL things!
These past couple of weeks have been great! We have loved what we're learning, we love the people we are going through training with and we are being transformed each day to be more like Christ which has been an incredible ride.
Our normal day starts in the early morning as we alternate getting Ezra ready/ spending our alone time to meet with God. Training starts at 8 and goes until 3 and some days there are some extra classes later that Luke goes to. After 3 we are able to visit with some of our amazing colleagues, play with Ezra at the park, go in to town to share truth with others etc. During the day Ezra is in the children's center. He has 3 classmates and is really liking it now.. he didn't even cry when we dropped him off of Friday.. We were both happy and sad. haha
The training center is beautiful!! There is a pond that Luke likes to go fish at (though we haven't caught anything yet).. Ezra and I tag along and take photos.. :)
What an amazing view!
We tried to get one of all of us smiling but that's hard to arrange with a 10 month old.
This is Ezra's favorite activity right now.. He loves to walk up and down the sidewalk and smile as people pass.
It is mighty cold here so sweaters and bear hats are a must.. and really cute!
He's already getting into things.. haha. He was oh so helpful at pulling the laundry out of the dryer. :)
Ezra has had a lot of fun exploring our new home.
The other night we went to a great chinese restaurant. They don't have high chairs at most restaurants in South Asia so we're trying to get used to having Ezra sit on our lap. They do make travel high chairs but I don't think we'll want to lug one around town with us.. :)
I am so thankful for this time to be trained and deeply rooted in our walk with the Lord. There are definitely going to be difficult days ahead and immense spiritual warfare but I am so thankful to our God for drawing us near in this time and preparing us for the battle because he that is in us is GREATER than he that is in the world!
